Can't express our appreciation & gratitude to the Mike Lombardo of Old Glory Realty and a special thanks to Kara Livingston our agent. Kara was spectacular, professional, and went over and above assisting us in the purchase of our new home. Kara worked with us for over a year due to not being able to close on the first property we picked, found us the same property at a new location and worked with the builder with all aspects of inspections, etc. We purchased the property based on Kara and her tremendous knowledge of what we were interested in and proceeded for us. We NEVER saw the property or location till settlement day. Thank You Kara for all you have done and continue to do for us. Mike & Cissie

KARA LIVINGSTON was AMAZING!! My husband & I are an older couple and we moved to Cape Coral from New Jersey. I seriously believe we wouldn't have found our dream home without Kara's help and guidance. Due to issues with getting our house in NJ sold, it took longer but Kara never gave up on helping us She continued to send us homes to review and we would fly down to look at.
